High levels of craftsmanship and skill are applied to assuring that the cosmetic and dimensional features of the products are correct. 7.Moulding We can do many kinds of large mould to supply my customer's need. 8. Graining The Deburring Department is responsible for producing the fine cosmetic finishes that DSM is famous for. The punching and machining operations performed in other departments produce sharp edges and burrs that must be removed for safety. 9.Surface Treatment We have our own spray painting and powder coating production line, and sandblasting processing. Also we have fixed galvanized partners. 1) How can I get a sample to check your metal work quality? After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We will provide you sample for free (value under USD15), as long as you afford the express freight. 2) How long can I expect to get the metal work sample? After you pay the sample charges(if there is) and send us confirmed drawings, the sample will be ready for delivery in 3-7 working days. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx,UPS,TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have any account. 3) What about the leading time for metal work mass production? Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally,7 workdays to 15 workdays after your deposit if no the samples are confirmed. 4)What will we do if the metal work quality is not ok ? If the quality problem is caused by our fault,we will make replacement order for free or pay the back product charge and handling charge back to you.
